1. Client Lists Their Job

 

Freelancers will receive alerts via email when a job becomes available that suits their skills and experience

 

2. Freelancers Apply For The Jobs That Interest Them 

 

If the project suits your skillset then simply hit the 'apply now' button and provide a few further details

3. Receive Notification If The Client Adds You To Their Shortlist 

​

If you are added to a preferred shortlist by the client then you will be informed and your contact details will be shared.

​

4. Pay The Advertised Fee

​

When viewing a job on our site, you will be informed of the 'shortlist fee' that would apply if you are added to the clients preferred list. Once you have been shortlisted, you simply pay the one-off fee and deal directly with the client.

Hiring a freelancer in the UK

Here you can see an example of how a job listing will look when you view it.

  • You can see that the title shows what the client is looking for in a nutshell with a more detailed description of their requirements provided also.

​

  • It will show the rate of pay for the job either hourly, as a fixed amount, or if it is commission only.

​

  • You can see that there is a shortlist fee which, as outlined in red, would only become payable if you apply for the job, and the client subsequently chooses to add you to their preferred shortlist of candidates.

​

  • Applying is simple. You simply fill in a basic form and we will send your application to the client and will keep you informed as to whether or not they have chosen to shortlist you.

​

  • No risk to you as you do not pay until this happens.
